Mastering the Interview

Thursday, October 4th, 5:30-7:30 pm, room TBA: Joe Weldon, Global Learning, Citi

Join us for the second session of the 2007-08 Practicing Management Seminar Series: Mastering the Interview. Building on the success of the recent seminar on Decision-Making, Mastering the Interview gives you a rare opportunity to practice the skills you need to get the talent you want.

Mastering the Interview will be taught by Joseph Weldon, Citi's global head of Learning and Development for Corporate and Investment Banking. Drawing on over 20 years' experience in talent development, Joe will bring to Sloan a practical, interactive, skill-building workshop on the interview process. How do you figure out whether a candidate can do the job well? How do you control the interview? What are proven interview techniques - the good, the bad, and the ugly?

Mastering the Interview will be offered on Thursday, October 4th, 5:30-7:30 pm, in E51-395, as part of the praxis@MIT Sloan initiative. To keep the course interactive, space will be limited, so sign up now. Ask the right questions, the right way, every time - register today.
