Operating Instructions

Using the Zoom Room Feature

  1. In the control panel located on the wall in the back corner of the room, select “On” to power on the system.
  2. Select the “VGA” option. This will soon be relabeled to “Zoom”.
  3. If you’ve invited the conference room to your Outlook meeting and included a Zoom meeting link in the invite, a join button will appear on the controller at the center of the table (currently an iPad). For general instructions on inviting the conference room to a meeting, [click here].
    1. If your meeting invite did not include a Zoom meeting link, or if you did not reserve the conference room, select “Start a New Meeting” or “Join a Meeting” and enter the meeting ID using the touch controller at the center of the table (currently an iPad).
  4. Once you join the meeting using the controller, the Meeting Owl’s camera feed should appear on the screen. You can also share content wirelessly from your device by tapping “Share” on the iPad controller.
