ISDA provides several independent services to the MIT community, each of which has it's own support plan and information. Runbooks, escalation procedures, and contact information for each service is provided here.  If you're looking for information on service planning, policies, our development processes and so forth, try the ZIPS team page.  (The ZIPS team, along with the OIS Server Operations team, provides support for many ISDA services.)

Our regular support hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, except for Institute holidays.

We are making plans for on-call service 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.

OIS Server Operations has contact information to reach us in off hours in the event of an urgent event.
