June 2011: downloaded base file of records for titles from 1978-2010; extracted ISBNs, Beth matched against Aleph; received lists of matches with RAND url, matches without url, multimatches, and non-matches. Sent Beth list of Aleph system numbers and URLs to piggyback directly into Aleph (no NET holdings); used Z39.50/MarcEdit for non-matches. Beth loaded file of 560 MARC records; about 300 remaining with no OCLC records found - need original/derived records.
Nov. 2011: downloaded update file "16 Oct. 2010-15 April 2011"; pulled out 2011 titles; downloaded update file "16 April 2011-15 Sept. 2011"; used Z39.50/MarcEdit to catalog
April 2012: downloaded update file "16 Sept. 2011-15 April 2012"; cataloged via MarcEdit

March 2012: downloaded full title list; updated file with information from previous checks; activated in SFX; manually cataloged 20 titles; about 115 new titles not in OCLC yet
July 2012: downloaded full title list; updated file with info from last check; sent 146 MarcEdit records for loading to Beth (7/20); activated in SFX.
