Objective:
- Utilize the MIT "stage" in order to gain access and extract value from interesting individuals in all fields of life. Opening fellows to new ideas and possibilities. Gaining intimate understanding about different fields and potential objectives
Frequency:
(We'll try) once a month depending on availability
Conversation's Format:
- Try to keep it casual. Like salon conversations
- All fellows invited+ spouse/partners
- We need a minimum of 40(??) verified RSVPs in order to initiate the invitation process
Protocol - Who to invite:
We will allow the cohort to vote and rank those who they would like us to bring
Protocol- How to invite:
We will have a team here that will be responsible for trying to approach the various individuals.
We should probably setup someone who will lead, facilitate/announce the speaker(probably that person who suggested the speaker in the first place?)
Etc.
Next Steps:
1. Send out a survey to the cohort re:who would you like us to bring in (who wants to do this?)
2. Contact the fellows staff in order to obtain their list of planned speakers and their industry (who wants to do this?)
3. Send out an email to the cohort requesting their input on who would they like us to bring for the SF11 conversations (who wants to do this?)
4.
Survey Potential Questions:
It would be very helpful if you have some sort of immediate or remove connection with the person/people you're interested in us bringing to chat with the fellows
1. Who would you like us to invite? Please indicate the following:
a. Name
b. Title
c. Sector/Filed/Organization
d. ?
