Get LRs to work

• Transform all LRs (hEF1a:PT, hEF1a:LT, hEF1a:TC, TREt:TC)
• Pick hEF1a:YC colonies
• Miniprep TREt:YC if it worked. Otherwise, wait for Brian. Worked.
• Test LilrB2TCSG4 digest in random places. Is the main LilrB2 stock missing a chunk? Preposterous. It's fine.
• PCR C term YFP? Nope, brian's looking into it.
• Midiprep inoculate TREt:YC

Digest LilrB2TCSG4 with NcoI and PstI seperately.
Digest TREt:YC with ApaI

TREt:YFP_Cofilin 1, 2, 4 verified. Will midiprep 2.
Looks like NcoI did not cut LilrB2_TCS. Probably the enzyme was causing problems, because it makes NO sense that the ends of LilrB2 are present but a chunk is missing from the middle. Also, the band from PstI is in the right length level. It must have been a gel problem. The lowest band is missing because it is actually 20bp long.

Ran PT (pENTR_PirBTCSG4) to make sure it isn't contaminated).
The gel for PT had an extra band, but the sequencing results show that the TCSG4 is present and goes into the PirB region. That means everything is in order
