After Week 1, use the information from the sign-in form to make an attendance sheet. This is also the time to make paper badges (see Class Badges).

You should print this each week, fill it out on paper, and then enter the data into the computer. It is also useful to have notes on how many squares you had (consider writing down square numbers for walkthrus, class, last class, and club - you can ask a club member how many squares the middle club tip had).
