The Treasurer and Vice Treasurer (if these is one) manage the finances of Tech Squares. 

Job Description

These are their responsibilities:

• Set the club's dance fees
• Handle the club's financial transactions
• Process RFPs
• Pay the club's bills
• Ensure callers and cuers are paid
• Ensure deposits are made
• Keep financial records of the club
• Report to the club annually on its financial status 

Job Recommendations

These attributes are helpful in being a good Treasurer/Vice-Treasurer:

• Being responsive to e-mail
• Being good at dealing with logistics
• Occasionally being able to be do things at MIT during business hours.
