This is the most recent list of staff in IS&T.

1. ACCOUNT CREATION 
   • Accounts will be set up on an as-needed basis as an individual is added to a project and needs to contribute to the content within the PPM system. 
2. ACCOUNT TERMINATION 
   • People leaving IS&T will be converted to an External Resource 
   • People leaving MIT; will be removed from the Enterprise
3. Rules for User vs. Timesheet user--at this time system does not give us a seperate count for different licenses
