Once contact is considered "warm," update podcast interview scheduling sheet with potential times for SMEs
Once SMEs have indicated availability on sheet, email interview request to potential interviewee with proposed time slots
Once time slot confirmed, send interviewee a Release Form and schedule the interview (include SMEs, Laura, Dave L., Lana, and audio room).
A few days before the scheduled interview, send interviewee prompts/questions that SMEs have prepared and uploaded here
Day of interview - make sure audio room is open, recording equipment is set, and someone is waiting for interviewee in the lobby

Dave L. sends initial edit to internal team for review
Team responds with suggestions (make sure team responds quickly enough so that Dave has enough time to turn around edits)
Dave L. incorporates suggestions, sends to team for final review
Once final edit is approved: Send to Jean for transcription, upload episode to this dropbox folder, and update Podcast Schedule / Status confluence page with finished podcast
The day the interview is scheduled to be published (usually a Wednesday), send Dropbox link to interviewee as a "sneak peak," not as approval, just as a heads up, thank them, etc., and ask that they share the episode on their social channels
Once transcripts are received back from Jean, upload them to Transcripts folder on Google Drive and Podcast Schedule / Status confluence page
