For smaller groups (eg, Advanced/Challenge classes or tape groups), Schedules space generally makes more sense than CAC space. Schedules now has an online interface for reserving rooms – you can even pick a specific room that is probably available, but you should still give them guidance on what properties you want, because sometimes your choice will turn out to be unexpectedly unavailable.
36-112 (~27 x 40, 1035 sq ft) is good and large enough to hold 4 squares, or 5 in a pinch, so it's listed on Rooms We Reserve too; however, it has pillars
5-217 (~25 x 33, 821 sq ft)
24-307 (~21 x 39, 819 sq ft) make sure to have reservation in hand
Obviously, update appropriately, but these might be a good starting point for a tape group.
