For smaller groups (eg, Advanced/Challenge classes or tape groups), Schedules space generally makes more sense than CAC space. Schedules now has an online interface for reserving rooms – you can even pick a specific room that is probably available, but you should still give them guidance on what properties you want, because sometimes your choice will turn out to be unexpectedly unavailable.

Search tips

In terms of search, do capacity >25, and then do thumbnail or something so it shows you pictures and descriptions and look for ones that have tile floor, flat floor, moveable furniture.
