The following is the execution version of the Support Pack Implementation (cut-over) Plan:

Communication

Project cut-over status of the upgrade, see below,  will be posted on this wiki page beginning at noon on Friday 12/8 through noon on Monday 12/11.  The Project Manager will update this message as needed.  A conference call number (webex) is available for check-ins during the weekend and for the Go/No Go call at 6:00pm on Sunday.

Project Status: Steering Committee has approved deploying system changes to production this weekend, 12/8-10. 

                                             All tasks scheduled for execution through Thursday 12/7 are complete.
