Partial meeting notes:

Overall goals of the project (per summary slide of turning the current program into the separate components: Online services, Live HR presentation,  template for DLC orientations).

HR had looked at  CMU's CD ROM based system (~2 years ago) and had concerns about about the cross platform issues, maintainability, and keeping the content current. Also looked at what other campuses were doing, inparticular John Hopkins.

Discussed draft RFP and HR NEO site map (dated 1/17/08)

Discussion of how to move forward, gathering requirements, how to best leverage resources around the table.

action items:

• DCAD will be engaged to lead requirements gathering process
• Paul will create wiki space and talk to SAIS (Michael Berger and Bart Dahlstrom)
• Wayne and Julienne will work to reset HR's expecations about the scope, duration, and budget of the project
