  66	Kathleen Flynn	12-Aug	Slides - Eligibility	Throughout the presentation the %time and duration eligibility requirements are represented in a new way: "Your position requires that you work a minimum of half time for at least three months" I think this is very misleading, because these are two separate requirements, if you are less than 50% time (with the exception of grandfathered medical doctors), you are ineligible, regardless of the duration of your appointment and if your appointment duration is less than three months, you are ineligible regardless of your %time.  Another eligibility issue - employees must have a 12 month appointment to be eligible for Tuition Assistance.
