Jennifer -- manages the KB, processes the monthly updates, resolves problems, activates targets as requested

Digital Acquisitions team: Rachel, Jake, Walter, and Kim --  activate/deactivate portfolios, create local thresholds, matching SFX/Vera project

Rich -- manages the SFX server, imports/runs the monthly updates, resolves problems, liaison with Nicole/Public Services side of things
