	Start Oct. 2008		Think more broadly about Barton Basics changes and enhancements in light of the new world of searching (Vera Multi-Search, WorldCat Local). videos; info navigator; barton basics; videos are not accessible to everyone - so can't get rid of barton basics and info navigator; duplication and out of date data - project to update and collapse and coordinate with videos; patty durisin could be interested in working on (already very familiar with all 3); info navigator and barton basics linked off main library page; anita - suggest to keep info navigator as separate discrete tool from barton basics but there is a lot of updating required; should it be converted to libguides? - a lot of images (which tend to go out of date) - once link it to videos can images be eliminated?
	End of Fall 2008		LibGuides vs subject guides assessment: assess research guides; some subject guides were just a listing of things from Vera, but many were much more extensive; make clear that subject guide doesn't have to look like database listing; make sure subject guide person knows they can control link from main library page to real subject guide and then link to LibGuide from subject guide	Lisa H. leads

Brainstormed ideas to consider to add to the timeline:

Think about how we could facilitate sharing what is learned at conferences and other events with colleagues. Is this feasible or even desirable to do?
Improve the live capture in DIRC: ok to have short shelf life; things we can do to improve quality? Low cost? Link to them in more locations? Statistics?
