MITCSS 2026 Schedule and Field Map

Schedule

Cancellations due to adverse conditions–rain, extreme heat, or air quality issues–will be communicated by MIT CSS commissioners via email by 4pm on game day. Other cancellations will be at the discretion of umpires and team captains.

Field Map

• The Women's Softball Diamond is undergoing renovations this summer, and is unavailable. Field B is also unavailable.
• KF1 and SS1 games will be played on Briggs Field.
  • Fields C, D, and E are grass fields.
  • Enter along Vassar, across from Simmons.
• KF2 games will mostly be played on Jack Barry Field.
  • The field is astroturf. Consider yourselves warned.
  • Games will be played on either end of the field.
    • After the first game, captains of all four KF2 teams should decide if the orientation of fields 1 and 2 as mapped actually works, and if needed, communicate changes to the commissioners so we can update the map.
