In the launch version of the Collaboratorium, Community consideration of issues will occur in two places:

• Debate summary
  A structured argument map which attempts to depict in as complete a manner as possible, all the issues, the positions held on those issues, and the key pros and cons for each position.

• Discussion
  This is a Web forum, where the Community can discuss issues freely. Ideas generated in this realm can become the basis for issues, positions, pros, and cons that will appear subsequently in the argument maps.
