Important Dates 

• 11/20 to 12/10 - User acceptance testing

• All testing done by 12/5

• 12/8 - 12/10 for issue retesting and financial closing (Don't wait until the end to test)

• 12/12 - Go / No Go Decision

• Based on results of user acceptance testing, Business owners will indicate their approval and acceptance of testing

o12/13 to 12/15 - Go live weekend
nProduction will be down from 6pm Friday evening until 6am Monday morning
o12/22 - Drop dead date for updating production with support packages
nWe have to be done by this date
o12/23 - first 2009 payroll run
