Communication Action Plan

• Identify the service priorities of our customer base and prepare targeted communications to speak to those priorities.

Postcard

• Include website: make sure website is updated before the postcard goes out
• Give to liasons - they can hand out as needed
• Give to past partners
• Give to Steve Horsch - to use as an example of possible donor projects

Meetings

• Rob to meet with Tracy G. to discuss presenting to DPS
• Rob to meet with Museum
• Rob to meet with Reference Publications
• Beverly to schedule meeting with Kris Brewer to explore presentation possiblities on TechTV
• Beverly to meet with Nicole to begin discussing updating the Metadata website
