1.      Oliver updated us on his and Pat’s meeting with Steve Gass to be our sponsor. He is undecided.
2.      Agreement that this work would benefit greatly from outside sponsorship.
3.      Steve’s IT-management research was discussed. Categorizing Project Size

• Steve and Patrick will work (hopefully Friday) on reformulating the xs/s/m/l/vl metaphor.
• New metaphor/process docs should semantically encourage thinking about risk vs. impact.
• A la carte approach from cited from one source is attractive.
• Steve will look into closer at the six-sigma formulas for risk analysis though we know as-is that process is too much.

4.      Patrick has begun the process of taking the PGP release through our example process with Mike Halsall

Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 10th from 3:30-4:30pm in W92-212 (Aquarium).  The proposed agenda is as follows:

• update on sponsor
• review new way to look at the task lists (metaphor)
• plan for MTS presentation
