• Now - October - Plan, convert/create/update test scripts in QC, move pending support & project work into production
• 10/18/2010 - End of day production snapshot to be used to refresh test environments (a)
• 11/01/2010 - Development Freeze begins
• 11/10/2010 - Last date to implement support & enhancement changes until freeze ends on 12/15/2010
• 11/04/2010 - 11/10/2010 Unit test
• 11/11/2010 - 12/10/2010 System Integration Test (b)
• 12/10/2010 - 12/12/2010 Go-live weekend
• 12/15/2010 - Development Freeze ends

Notes

(a) The 10/18/2010 snapshot date is being used because it stages time data after its load and before evaluation, it right before the monthly and pension pay runs, it is relatively close to the freeze date minimizing the number of transports that will need to be imported into the test environment before execution of the SP application process.

(b) SIT & UAT phases will be combined as one process this year.
