1. Patron for a Day project - first phase completed - now figuring out how to share data -- and how to follow up to see changes were made.

2. QR codes -- decide a couple places to implement this - and just see what happens.

3. Libraries Marketing group - working on "betas" of "Library Myth" videos

5. Figure out how to get Library maps online. 

6. Possible changes to computing environment.  Communicating with Oliver Thomas.  Pam will supply "requirements" for Rotch/Barker/Hayden. 

7. User needs studies -- Space - I will coordinate.  I must figure out what this means - what kind of study will we have and what will we do with the data after. 

8. Reviewing survey data to identify common themes regarding space needs.
