1. Feedback on project cost template
   • continue to move from a sw dev focus to a standard process for all projects
     • one template that all PMs could use, regardless of type of project or cost centers
   • PM would like roll up by month and actuals, not just by year
   • need to look at rates we are using and make the ore current to reflect true cost (whether for budget or charge back)
   • have all FBCs roll out budget template and forecasting for ALL projects (regardless of funding source or cost object)
2. Marilyn will be joining the PMBA Working Group meeting on 3/1/11.  Proposed agenda:
   • Review PMBA time line and deliverables (Dec through May)
     • SSSC presentation completed November 17, 2011
     • Task matrix draft 12/9
     • Project review recommendations implemented for Q3 sessions
     • tool inventory draft completed January
