Review demo for senior staff (run through prototype):

• home page population (Mobile and QA need to be entered)
• talk about views (we built these views against use cases)
• "don't confuse the presentation with the underlying data"
• show current views
• pick 3 service offerings and drill down (MITVoIP, BrioQuery, Software Repair, Appointment Processing)
  • Pat will put links to website in business description
  • show link between portfolio and catalog
• list of questions we need senior staff to answer
  • should services have coordinators as do offerings? put this in the main view...
  • is this successful enough to start an implementation?

  • project one: building the system of record
  • project two: data entry and get it into everyone's workflow

• tagging service offerings as external vs internal (RT vs Remedy)? Steve will create flag - in process (check box)
