# Reviewers are added/edited, assigned to calls and emailed login and panel review instructions, via FMP.

Add / Edit Reviewers

  • At a minimum, the following fields must be populated when adding a reviewer: last name, first name, email, and password.
  • Add the role of 'Panel Reviewer' via the Roles list at top-right. For a description of roles, see Pre-Proposal Review: Setting-up Reviewers...

Assign Reviewers to Calls 

  • Select the Assignments tab.&nbsp; To assign a reviewer to a specific call (<span style="color: #ff0000">should be among active calls; fix this</span>), click the green \[+\] button beneath 'Assigned Calls for Panel Review', and select the call via the drop-down that appears.

Email Reviewers

  • Use the email template 'announcement of panel review process', which includes reviewer-specific login privileges and panel review instructions. Customize this template if necessary.

Panel Review Submission


The {link-window:https://seagrant.mit.edu/RFP/proposals/panel_login.php|width=1000px|height=850px}Panel Review web interface{link-window} presents to the reviewer all proposals assigned to them, including the call, PI name, proposal title, the compiled full proposal pdf uploaded by the eSG Admin, peer reviews (blinded), rebuttals, rebuttal supporting documents, and comments from other panel members regarding each proposal.

Panel Review Management and Compilation


Reviews are viewable via the {link-window:https://seagrant.mit.edu/RFP/proposals/rev_admin_login.php\|width=1000px\|height=850px}Administrative Review Web Interface{link-window} or FMP, as they are added by reviewers.  The Admin Review web interface shows reviews by proposal, while FMP shows reviews when browsing by full proposal, by reviewer, or as a list under 'Reviews'.

You have several options for retrieving pdfs of panel reviews:

# _By Call, sorted by Proposal or Reviewer_ : FMP > Reviews > Reports: Select call, then click either 'View: Panel reviews, by proposal', or 'View: Panel reviews, by reviewer', and then 'Save as PDF'.
