Artist: 

• setup: upload art, select groups of commenters, and categories/tags desired) 
• Review comments/annotations from commenters: filter tags and by groups

Commenter:

• general comments and editing, with category tagging
• on picture annotation and editing, with category tagging
• rating

Areas of Shallow implementation:

• In the commenter view: commenters cannot move the annotations comments they put on art
• In the artist view, the comments are hard-coded (but can be filtered).
• Picture is hard-coded
• No revision view
