Multimedia Development;  (Ken)

• Audio Recordings went well. Only Ken Hewitt and a few retakes for Riley Hart on 8/4 to be done.
• Audio Files have been attached to the multimedia presentation; slides 11 and 20-60 have narration. The rest is to be recorded
• Working demo available online: http://hrweb.mit.edu/welcome/slides/benefits/player.html
• Need graphic templates deconstructed to obtain same look and feel in the PowerPoint slides that exists on the rest of the site; Tom will assist with this
• There are script changes that need to be made prior to the 8/4 recording session; Kath will be the focal point for updating the script 
• In Ken Paul's absence, Chuck Munger will facilitate the 8/4 recording session. He will deliver the hard copy of the final script

IS&T Update; MIT Certificate Page Update- Ranjani will continue to monitor. IS&T is hopeful of getting a URL in the next week or so.

Development

• All of Kath's content changes have already been posted. 
• Bob would prefer receiving content changes only in the future and not the entire page (unless the number of changes are substantial).
• Laurie supplied Bob with HR's preferred Web Counter code; Bob reported an issue using the code; to be resolved
• QA plan is in place, although everyone felt it important that testers be assigned a section to review

No NEO meeting scheduled for 8/5/08 

Follow-up action items

• Kath - update final script changes and distribute to Chuck Munger by 8/1
• Chuck - produce two copies of the script and deliver to the recording studio by 9:30 on 8/4
• Ken - Identify list of topic areas to test for Julienne & Jean so testers can be assigned
• Julienne & Jean - send out the 8/4 QA Testing email that contains the specifics on testing
• Laurie - check in with Julienne & Jean re: the responses from the testers by 8/7
