Publicity Managing
The publicity manager is the liaison between the publicity designer and the directorial staff. It is important that the pub designs are received promptly and accurately represent the show and MTG. Below you will find an example publicity schedule with instructions on how to execute each task.

Optional things that we did not do for Clue (S26)
Web Graphic (11/1)
- We need 300x300 pixel image and a 130 x 130 image
- See the MTG website for examples of these title graphics (mtg.mit.edu)
- Email the graphics to the webmaster
Infinite Display - Digital Display Advertisements (11/3)
- Basic Powerpoint slide or photoshop image
- Suggested design format
- Includes the same information as poster but you can exclude the following
- the address of KLT (Kresge Little Theater will be sufficient)
- music, lyrics and book information
- show rights information
- Add to the page: More information at http://www.mit.edu/~mtg/
- Submit the file online (http://copytech.mit.edu/infinite-display-digital-signage)
- Display the advertisement in the Free Student Zone
- IMPORTANT:
- If you would like to display the ad on the large infinite display you should include ~$50 in the show budget for this purpose
- When paying for the large display ask Copytech to directly charge the MTG account
Program ads:
- Sometimes we do an ad swap with Shakespeare, LOST, etc
POSTER DESIGN CONTENT
Text to include:
- MTG Logo
- Funding
- Logos of funding organizations (ex: SGFC, CAMIT, De Florez)
- Usually they also ask for a statement such as "Funded in part by ___."
- Show Title
