Below are my notes. In summary, Kaedi is going to be expensive for DSL
(not unreasonable, but we have to pay for it) and World Vision (NGO) in
Bababe will let us hook onto their internet for free. We should plan on
paying for power usage at each of the schools. We will need regulators
at both sites. Before i forget, we need to get cables to connect access
points together. We just added about $1,000 to Bababe and $2,000 to
kaedi, if we budget to sustain these places for the first year....
Summer time in Kaedi = rolling blackouts, up to 24 hours. In Bababe,
only power for half the day.

Also, Mary, she gave me the numbers for transportation you had asked for
earlier.
