Here is what we decided. (The wording is not set in stone).

1. Healthy Ecosystems
   • Population size

     • Note that we are NOWHERE near these levels

   • Population diversity
   • Predator/Prey ratio
   • Ages normally distributed
   • Resilience to long term changes

#=2 Sustainable Catch

• • Ecosystem stays in dynamic equilibrium
  • No major human-caused fluxes in population size or density
  • Rebuilding of crashed stocks
