This page holds a copy of the various files used for dashboards by various lines of business. This is in case of accidents to any of the fileservers on which these files operationally live.
Notes:
- In FY2010, the service desk consolidated itself into essentially one dashboard, collapsing as many as 10 other dashboards into it. Later, the Service Desk team leaders opted to discontinue production of the help desk dashboard entirely. They retained the ACD and Client Satisfaction reports as produced by Rob and Elaine on a weekly basis.
- AdminIT moved away from a graphics-oriented warehouse-to-excel database dashboard towards "just the numbers thanks" BrioQuery, and now that dashboard is discontinued.
Dashboards that continue to be produced include Net-Security, StopIT, and DMCA (all for ITSS), MobileDevices, and VoIPHelp.
