Good morning All,
Thank you to those who attended last week’s meeting. For those who were unable to make it, we discussed a few pertinent dates for the project. They are as follows:
·         Monday, 6/8 – Mobilization date
o   The crew will start erecting scaffolding at both southern corners of the building
o   The bike racks at the SW corner of the building will be relocated
·         Friday, 6/12 – Dust protection
o   The crew will enter corner offices/spaces to place plastic over windows. This is done to insure no dust enters the building.
§  We will be entering the following spaces for install of the poly/plastic over windows:
·         135, 137, 139, 160V
·         233, 235, 237, 239
·         335, 337, 339, 341, 375
·         435, 437, 475
§  Plastic over windows will likely take longer than 1 day. Once we have a proposed schedule for this work, we will send it off with specific room numbers
·         Monday, 6/15 thru Friday, 6/26 – Demo work
o   The crew will be performing the loudest work of the project at this time. After the demo work is complete, noise levels will be minimal.
·         Completion date
o   Work will be completed before start of Fall semester, 2015.
 
Please note, work hours are 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. It is possible we will need to work a few Saturday’s in the summer – but we will notify you if this is in fact the case.

We’ll be having the team meeting on Monday at 11am.  We’ll use part of the time to welcome Jackie Wilber to the team.  Since she’ll be helping us with alumni activities, perhaps we can share information with her that may be helpful in bringing her up to speed on what’s been done, and what’s still out there to be done!
 
Annmarie will also give us an update on the E40 facade construction project.
