ServiceNow does not work properly on mobile devices. One workaround is to activate desktop mode in your browser, then activate desktop mode on the ServiceNow client. To do this, follow these instructions:

  1. Log into ServiceNow at mit.service-now.com using your Kerberos credentials
  2. Activate desktop mode for this website using your browser's settings. This step varies from browser to browser, and not all browsers have a "desktop mode" option. Chrome's browser settings are shown below.
    1. Tap the 3 dots to bring up your browser's menu.
    2. Select Desktop Site (or your browser's equivalent) from your browser's menu.
    3. Tap your initials from the top-right hand corner to open up your profile settings.
    4. Tap the Switch to Desktop link in the ServiceNow application.
  3. You should now be able to navigate the website the same as if you were using a desktop computer.
