It works best in Firefox, and kind of works in Chrome. But Firefox works better so you should use that.
In this implementation, you should be able to manipulate the map, change the visibility of the two data set layers, click on various areas of the map to get more information, as well as add new wifi towers to the map. The sliders in the sidebar as well as the overlay/intersect buttons have not yet been implemented. The adding towers functionality still needs some work, as do the info window popups on the map...we know, we know. :/

: Clear, with all the necessary information included. A bit more user-centered notes could have enhanced readability.
Fidelity: - great visual design, with nice use of colors
- well-designed interface units on the map
Usability: - sliders vs text input box: is fine-grained value selection important for users? User control might be limited with sliders.
- color icons are too small that colors are difficult to recognize.
- tower dragging: not intuitively dragging the map underneath as opposed to the tower
- slider units should be disabled when the checkbox is unchecked
- system status visibility: existing towers: what does a checkbox mean?
- interaction for removing towers: user actions should be reversible.
Overall: Nice stretch in the interface design. You guys did a great job of narrowing down to a manageable yet interesting scope!
