The impression is that only IS&T people take training classes, and the data will show that is definitely not the case. |

What We'd Like to Add
1. Smile sheet survey results for Training are targetted for Q3 of FY2010.
2. ATIC assessment of post review uptake of recommendations is under development. An internal-only metric until we understand it better. Current thinking is something like the balance between Issues Found (100, say) and Issue that get fixed (6, this year, say, hopefully increasing to 13, say, next year.) Can be piloted iwth DCAD projects as the relationship with developers is close and cordial.
3. Usability metric idea includes projected Productivity Gains from certain improvements, estimating the time saved per tweak multipled by the $ value of all that repeatedly saved time for all the users of the tool.
4. Metrics related to Documentation will require work in Google Analytics, under development with an unknown delivery date.
