The MIT Wiki service is upgrading
The Confluence-based MIT Wiki Service is being upgraded to version 3.0 on August 1st, 2009. In order to implement the upgrade, the service will be down from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm on Saturday, August 1, 2009. Read the Release Notes.
This upgrade supports our goal of providing a robust, scalable, and usable wikis service for the MIT community. Improvements include better integration with MIT infrastructure, a more robust rich-text editor, improved support for images, macros and tables, and social features that support discovery and connection with other users.
Training and Demos
Users are invited to attend one hour training sessions in the N42 Demo Center on the following dates/times for Confluence 3.0 demonstrations:
- Wednesday, August 5th, 10:00 am
- Thursday, August 6th, 2:00 pm
- Monday, August 24th, 10:00 am
