Kickoff Meeting
Schedule: Agreed to meet once a month (90 minutes) - Greg will work with the N42 Site Team to schedule next meeting (and through the year).

- Fiber to off-campus FSILGs
Chris will get an update on progress and report back to the list. - Wireless roaming around campus
A planning and staging issue; router updates and potentially need for additional fiber. - Athena - short-mid-long term
Where is Athena heading? This is a hold-over topic from last year. Conversations can be divided into: Deployments and Environment (including AFS). - Needs to be scheduled and planned for an upcoming meeting (perhaps one meeting devoted to all Academic Computing topics). - Printing
Separated out from the Athena topic - network printing. - Future agenda topic - Zephyr - > Jabber for IM services
