Feedback from the last two weeks of testing:
- Overall easy straight forward device, we will need to make sure that shortcuts, hints are included in final documentation to help the user along with navigating the BlackBerry interface.
- Detail in documentation files that the MENU key unlocks different option screen-to-screen.
- Some issues with entering in correct URL's for SyncJE. We will try to work with Nexthaus in packaging the SyncJe client with the MIT Techtime Calendar information, as was with the SyncML client.
Timelines for documentation. Build and Completion:
- Team members will be testing, documenting setups that they have agreed to test. Updates and documentation should be posted to either the wiki, or emailed to Matt.
Coverage Issues:
- Coverage for the most part is good to great. Team members are happy with the coverage and by the reception of the device itself.
- SyncJe synchronization with the techtime server is consistent. More information is need from the company as to the status indication. Does the status count really dictate current synced event?
