This report is intended for program managers. It provides information on the important dates and progress of all projects entered into the e-Builder system. This report pulls data from the project details page and schedule module.

Why is This Useful

This report is intended to allow program managers to check the important dates in the schedule of ongoing projects all in one location. The variance time shown can also indicate if a change in the schedule may have occurred that has not been entered into the system, or check what kind of tasks often take longer than needed.

Components

The report groups the projects by the project managers overseeing them. Beneath the projects is the major tasks associated with the projects. The start and end dates of projects, as well as any variance time in the scheduled dates, and the project manager designated to the project in the system.
