Nice work. Good documentation of photos with descriptive captions. Tasks are concise and to the point. Very good distillation of the user comments into high-level categories. Would have been nice to see these more linked with the tasks and/or parts of the UI however to facilitate evaluating where the design succeeds and fails from a task-centric perspective. Unclear whether you tested 6 users. Document presentation, in general, could be more neat and tidy.
