Searching for audiobooks in OCLC Connexion
- Follow general search procedure, matching title, publisher and year of publication
- Use ISBN, if available
- Use derived search or Title Whole Phrase (tiw=) search, which will bring up the same title in other formats in case an exact match is not found
- Prefer record in same format (matching GMD and physical description)
- Criteria needed to select/decide which of the resulting searched bib record(s) can be used:
- DLC, GPO, GIS, pcc or other contributed copy record for the exact publication in the same format
- DLC, GPO, GIS, pcc or other contributed copy record for the same publication in another format (used to derive a new record)
