The treasurer is supposed to create a report for the club annually, and may want to understand club finances at other times to decide on raises, price increases, donation drives, etc.. We have various resources to support this.

SquaresDB payment metrics
https://squaresdb.mit.edu/gate/pay-stats/ provides links to CSV files with each subscription and dance payment in the last ~two years (more specifically: since the start of the latest subscription period that started at least two years ago). There's a spreadsheet
that generates some basic stats (average, min, max sub price, revenue breakdown by sub vs dance and payment method, etc.) from that data and could be modified to produce more stats. To update it, replace the "dances" and "subs" tabs with a fresh download of the respective CSV files from SquaresDB.
