This design focuses on a standard web application
for normal users. This design follows a pretty standard layout
with a menubar at the top and a signin at the top-right.
It offers a similar layout to retail stores with recently posted content
on the front page as well as material from specific pages. |
|
This method of listing toys allows people to tag their different items with categories, allowing
for a more fully fledged filtering system to allow the users to find relevant content quickly.
Moreover, this design opts to post collection of uncatalogged toys by posting pictures of the collection
(not shown). |
|
This design of an internal management system creates profiles for each user, where they
have publicly viewable information including username, reputation, and what they are looking for, something that
is extremely relevant to users looking to exchange with the user. |
|
This design offers a single page alternative to find toys. The ability to view basic information on the results of a search quickly is allowed by the more detailed summary (the row of boxes). On clicking on one of the boxes,
more auxiliary information about the toy is shown. |
|
The exchange system gives users a way to view toys that they have listed and do a side-by-side comparison
of toys they are interested in. It offers a natural split of how users approach trading (a what's yours and a what's mine visualization). |
