Design Highlights

  • First task is built into the user's pre-existing workflow
  • Contact information is segregated by social network, since interaction can differ greatly on the different networks
  • The first two screens have a quick transfer to a touch interface because of their heavy reliance on click and drag
  • Live stream of calls to action for the beta list

Usability Analysis

  1. Learnability
    • Pros

      • Integrated into pre-existing workflow
    • Cons
      • Not very easy to tell how to add a user manually vs. automatically from the beta list request
      • Tabs underneath the bio do not indicate that they will bring up different bios
