Yea we have chores.
So how do you manage that?
If there's laundry to be folded I put the basket right near them and say "fold the laundry" or say "go downstairs and get the laundry out of the dryer" or "go downstairs and check on your grandmother, see if she needs anything done."
We don't have any chore charts or anything I just tell them what to do.

Depends on who has more homework.

Basically I'm there, so they do it.

No. I'm the housekeeper.
How did your parents make you do chores?
My mother would just tell me it was my time to dust the furniture or do the floors or make the sauce for sunday supper.
Do you reward for or disincentiveize your kids from doing things?
Do I reward them if they have to do a chore? No. They know they live in the house they have to do the chore.
If you ever had a complaint about being unfair?
Oh yeah, I tell em you don't like it, you can leave!
