Sam starts his day by adding new private beta users.  He opens ContactLens, and comes to this home page.  His regular contacts are displayed in a grid format, with a photo and basic information in each grid element.  However, he starts by clicking the number in the top left, which brings up the new user screen.

Sam then takes some time to read through his various requester's backgrounds.  If he likes the customer, and feels that the customer would be a good private beta user, he tags the customer to sort into the appropriate customer group.  He can also set some goals for himself to associate with the customer.  Sam then can click "approve" and continue with the private beta selection process.  Likewise, if Sam doesn't think a particular candidate is a good fit for private beta, he can click "disapprove".

After completing the beta request approval process, Sam continues with business for the day.  At the beginning of the afternoon, he opens up ContactLens again to reach out to some regular customers.  He can choose to display a number of tags by clicking on the (i) button, as well as settings to sort the grid by.  Scanning through, he picks a few that he hasn't contacted in a while (to be represented in a color scale and not on the drawings) and clicks on their card.
Here, Sam takes a look at the user's various social media profiles, as well as a goal progress bar representing the percentage of Sam's goals that he has completed.  He reaches out to the customer by clicking on the logo of the appropriate media and writing a post.
Lastly, after reaching out to the customer, Sam marks some goals as completed, as well as adds new ones to ensure that he is well organized and on track towards optimizing his product.
