Task 1

-forgot to click ok on the popup the first time around

-then remembered and saw to click there

-clicked a pin and checked into a tour

-confused about the redrawn pins and what they mean

-didn’t know what they were

-but ignoring them, clicked on the questions icon

-clicked on question and didn’t do anything -- didn’t realize that they were just text. Once he realized that, he knew to type in the question. Reasked one of the questions. Saw thay it got added

Task 2

- thought to add a question about the percentage of african american students on campus now that he was on the question bar

-saw to click on general stats when prompted to explore the site more, but unsure of what that wording meant (seemed ambiguous)

-thought maybe demographics would have been better wording

-clicked on a question to see it expand (looked at graph and didn’t see that he could swipe them the first time)

-second time saw the dots and clicked on middle dot on the graphs and found it

Task 3

-hesitated but then thought that calendar might yield something

-pretty easily found what he was looking for for the events page

Task 4

-knew he wouldn’t find a story in events, or general stats, thought he could ask a question and decided to do that. It was very unclear to him that the pins were stories

-prompted to explore the site, tapped on the feedback icon to see what it did.

-frustrated that it wasn’t immediately clear where to go

-tapped on a pin and thought that it would check him in to another place, saw it came to stories, so tapped on a different pin. Continued to click on different pins until it got him nothing. Unfortunately pin for management school got covered by the side bar!!!!!

-once that hint was given that there was stuff on the map he couldn’t see, thought to exit out of the side panel, was able to find the pin for management school and find a story

-clicked on the picture of the guy, and was happy when he saw the big schedule a meet up button on his profile

-clicked on fields to enter in stuff easily....at phone number field hesitated but then gave office number lol

Task 5

-knew where the feedback icon was from past experience

-knew to click stars

-hesitated at what the sliders were, but his first guess was that they were sliders

-tour was informative but didn’t engage with tour guide because OF the app lol
GENERAL FEEDBACK

-”general stats” wording was ambiguous

-confusing that he had to exit out of the side panel to see the sloan school pin

-wanted to know that pins at the beginning were a way to get stories

-didn’t get a touring sense out of the app

-felt that it was more informational.....but once he realized that it was a queue liked
