I have attached my heuristic analysis for your application, Easy Trainer. Good luck on future work!

  3. Wiki presentation: - Apart from listing unavailable features, it would be good to differentiate and distinguishing between the functionality that adds to breadth and functionality that adds to depth.

Fidelity: - The implementation level is actually good, small details like how I can modify the reps/set of each exercise was great to have been added. It really gives a good feel of the application. Good!
'- I think one big thing missing from this prototype is the ability to see what was prescribed for a different person with a similar injury. This was highlighted in your scenario, and I thought it was one of the biggest draws of having an integrated system. Currently, injury history gives the date, injury and status, but no way to see what exercise was prescribed.
'- However, I think you guys did a great job with the look and feel of this application from the trainer's perspective. You have visually/functionally represented the key aspects (aside from the one above), and the fidelity of the application actually feels just right for this computer prototype.

Usability: - The instruction 'Drop Exercises From the Sidebar Here' is a little misleading initially, because tried dragging KNEE instead of clicking on KNEE first, and then dragging the appropriate knee exercises. Maybe you should make it say "Choose a body area to pick an exercise" first, and once the user has clicked on an area, change the text to "Drop exercises from sidebar here".
'- I like the use of colors for the 'Athelete Progress', it's a great example of visual variables (having the color represent negative/positive, while using the allocated content area for the text)
'- The search bar is a good idea. I recall you said that the pictures on the home page are for either most frequently visited profiles (most likely specific to the trainer). You might want to sort the names in the search bar according to some metric (last name, date of last injury, etc.) to make it more efficient for someone to hope it and search for osmeone. Using autocomplete also works. I like the simlicity of the system now, though with more athletes it might become a bit more cumbersome.

    Overall: Nice work!
