  2. Wiki presentation:  -Could have a little more detailed description of what the prototype features as opposed to just "mess around".
'- Shallow parts are outlined, though it wold have been good to also talk about the deep parts. This would be tied in together with the point about having a clearer description of how to interact with the system

Fidelity: - Implementation covers scenario. Good.
'- Several good design decisions made in the GR3 were not present in this prototype (e.g., icons for menus, notes, notes dialog)
'- Was not able to add notes despite it being mentioned in the instructions.
'-Visually, and design-wise, it is missing aspects that should be present in the final implementation.

Usability: - Generic error that popped up when trying to add an empty note should be more specific.
'- Tick/Cross icon used for the Check In/Out column of the Items page is not very intuitive. Especially since the functionality has not been implemented. Think about the kind of information scent that you could provide to let the person know what those buttons actually do.
'- The red cross buttons are used for 'Release' in the packages. Should releasing really be a red-cross in this case? Does it mean you are successfully releasing, or removing a release (see the confusion here?). Maybe use a different icon or just replace it with a button labelled Release.

Here's my heuristic analysis of DeskDash. Sorry about the lateness, wasn't feeling well and was busy this past week. If you're confused about anything let me know. Thanks again.
